When will the 2 Day Marches take place?

The 2 Day Marches takes place on the weekend of Early May Bank Holiday.

When can I register?

Registrations will open 1 month after the warning order has been issued and will be open around Dec/Jan

Can civilians register?

Yes, of course! The marches regularly has civilian marchers registers as groups & individuals.

When are team entries confirmed?

Your team entry is not confirmed until payment has been made in full.

Submitting a team entry or making payment after the closing date?

Those who submit a team entry before the 31st March but do not make payment until after this will be charged an additional flat fee of £25 will be chargeable per team.

We may still be able to accept team entries after the closing date but accommodation, messing and medals cannot be guaranteed. A late entry fee of £35 will be chargeable per team.

Can I amend marchers on my team entry after the closing date?

You can amend team entries upto the 31st March for free. After which there is a charge of £5 per amendment.

You may swap a male for a male or female for a female until the 1 May. *We can not guarantee accommodation should a male be swapped to female or female to male after this date.

Processing Team Entries

Entries will not be accepted without receipt of full payment for all team members.

Payment & Cancellation
How much does it cost?

The cost per individual is £30.00 for UK military participants with UIN approval. Civilian & Foreign participants are welcome to take part and the cost will be promulgated directly as required.

How do I pay?

Can I cancel my teams entry or individual marchers?

Individuals & teams can cancel their entry in writing via postal or email upto 31st March.  Any** fees paid will be returned after a deduction of an administration fee of £5 per marcher.

Refunds after this date are not possible but you are still able swap a male for a male or female for a female until the 1 May. A charge of £5 per amendment would be chargeable.
*We can not guarantee accommodation should a male be swapped to female or female to male after this date.

**International Payments will incur an admin fee & any bank charges incurred for processing an international payment.
